Trustab NGDelete your Trustab NG account
You can permanently delete your Trustab NG account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open Trustab NG and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately and you're signed out.
This works the same way on iPhone and Android.
Option 2 — By request
If you can't access the app, email privacy@trustabng.com from the email address or phone number on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify it's you and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile (name, email, phone, photo, country);
- Your IOUs, shared Pots, settlements, confirmations and disputes;
- Your vouches and shared credentials/disclosures;
- Your Trust Score and history;
- Any identity-verification (KYC) data we hold;
- Your device push tokens; and
- Your login.
What may remain
- If you shared an IOU or Pot with another person, their own copy of that shared record stays in their ledger, with your link to it removed.
- We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires us to (for example, fraud-prevention or legal records). Anything retained is kept only as long as necessary.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only want to stop notifications, you can adjust those in Settings instead.
